Not much, there is no personal level interaction between employees, just work work and work. No one is bothered about you. There is no HR, they talk to you on the day you join the company and then on the day you are kicked out, until then you will not even know whom you are working for.

Dislikes

DO NOT JOIN this company... PERIOD. No job security. Nothing much to learn. No peer interaction They dont know what they want to do as a company and employees suffer due to that No future visions No goals No management at all if atleast to say not proper No HR, there is only taking into company and then ousting out of company

Not much... Just like any other startup

Dislikes

No job security at all, they boast of being most employee centric company but in reality they will fire you any moment they feel insecure giving all the reasons of recession and all. No point of prioritising it as product based company over others. There is no personal interaction or collaboration between employees, everyone just does their work and leave, it's like even after you work there for years, you know nothing about others, no one bothers about you if you are there or you leave, HR dept is a joke

You can collaborate with people wide across the globe. Can learn a lot of things.

Dislikes

They say they follow scrum agile.But it's not complete. They expect people to be proactive in taking up problems 24x7. And flat hierarchy. Managers lack people skill.
