Co-workers are very young and they come with lots of energy to work on the company. Like about their ambition and commitment towards work. The senior employees are also the inspiration, despite Ill treated and with less promotional opportunities they keep the clients happy and build good report about the company.

...ion and appraisal are least expected. The probation period is for 6 months .i.e., half of the year the employee has to work for the same probationary salary and after the probation the discussed salary is not rewarded. If the employee asks for a discussion, the HR will ask for a written document to prove the point. But at the time of joining they will delay to provide this written document on purpose. Although the employee cannot haunt HR for the document because He/She will be busy in training. This system of delaying has to be faced by all the employees. The PF is not provided properly. Totally disrespectful for the employee who has dreams to work and grow here.

They make you feel that you are working for a MNC company but in reality it is a desi company, not better than any small company in your city. Old employees have opened rival company against this company because of management's attitude and the director thinks that they have the best policies.

...hey cannot pay employees at all irrespective of other wasteful expenditures. 10. Salary deduction for coming late - they want just a reason to reduce the salary every month. 11. Deduct money from salary in the name of tax (PT, TDS) but does not deposit with government. 12. Does not pay last 2 month's salary in FnF settlement (seen it happen with so many colleagues) 13. Two months notice period - as if we are working on top secret missions which might get compromised if we left early. Worst thing is not showing any flexibility for genuine cases. 14. Too much supervision - Softwares installed in laptops to track every second of work time and then reduce salary based on the result, irrespective of how happy the client is. 15. Fake promises of US transfer - So many people have been fooled by this lollypop. 16. RSU/ESOPs - Another fake promise, which you will be given at senior level. Management always procrastinate when after joining and not given till leaving the company. 17. Hectic Job - One of the earlier Dispatch Manager (Ken) died of heart attack as he used to work for 12-14 hours and these people moved on after his death as if nothing happened. 18. Fake American names and accent - fooling American people with fake names of people who does not exist at all. Who will take the responsibility if something happens? 19. Cheats client with fake employees - Bill them higher but work gets done by smaller team. Thus, high workload and tension for that small team. 20. Money laundering machine - This company in India and its parent company Metromax in USA are into laundering of money and evading taxes by all possible manner. This must be reported to IRS in USA and Income Tax, Enforcement Directorate as well as GST department in India. 21. Nepotism and Red Tape Culture - Director's nephew has become director of company and Head of software delivery (an entire department) despite having only 3 years of experience. Director's friend has become Country Head and Partner of the company. 22. This company has become what it is, at the cost of employees' health. Night shift and hectic work has left so many employees with health problems but owners are busy in filling their pockets since they know that you will be replaced immediately after you die (refer point number 17).

Management HR Team (Not everybody) Friendly and supportive team member and Manager The country Head and HR Head are calm and patient listeners. If you call them for any reason, they will receive the call every time and hangs the call with a resolution.

Every company has it so do here, but the best thing is for management to listen and work on it. SLight improvement on a few team members as the team is not happy especially one in HR.

Good working environment and teammates are supportive. The management is easily approachable. On the job training. Laptops are provided and hybrid work culture i.e work-from-home and work- from- office.
