Salary will be credited on time. Sometimes 500 extra will be credited with the salary.

1.Salary deduction upto 500 for unknown reasons most of the months. 2.Not issuing the ESI card. 3.Could not reach the HR through phone or WhatsApp. Because he was sitting in the head office. Only 2 HR working for Pan India. 4.My pf account got disabled because of the company. But I didn't get the proper response from the company side to solve that issue. I couldn't withdraw my PF amount till now.

I have worked with this company, I like this salary issue date, there is no single delay in 2 and half years.

Innov Source is a third party consultant, I think we should work with company payroll, Overall company is good

1-Hiring the candidates with out planning. 2- No proper policy for employee engagement. 3- senior management is totally irresponsible , not taking any initiative nor supporting as well for any new ideas. 4-HR is totally handicapped , no decision they will take individually. 5- total un professional for business.

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. Salary also low

Hr is pathetic he only know how to dutct reimbursement from employee. Do not listen to your issue always sayes I am busy I will call you later but never call backs. When you call after working hours he says call me in office hours but when he had work with us he an call us any time.
