Mainly work load, Can't enjoy with family engaged programs due to we are working in HR platform. From the true sence I am not happy because of making client happy we want to say lie to associates. Feel guilty while holding f&f because of client disition. Totally I will say company is best but need to come up because our compatitors are advanced more than us.

In this company, I like the most thing is, there culture and activities.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 10-12 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into the night. Managers do not value an individuals’ unique strengths, which is why I have to take back my suggestions most of the times. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals. Also, there is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.

I have worked with this company, I like this salary issue date, there is no single delay in 2 and half years.

Innov Source is a third party consultant, I think we should work with company payroll, Overall company is good

I'm working from 2017. Salary was credited in time.

Company not providing id card eso card. So many time we requested but we didn't get any thing from innov. No promotions also in this company. I started my journey in 2017 with this company as a branch relationship executive. Till now I'm not get any promotion.
