Retention offer

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

Worst dont join any, it's fraud company

Worst company, there is no salary, even they dont have work space to work, he started the company for the purpose of earning mony from backdoor like each person paying minimun 2 Lakhs, they assigned work , i work in innovoius it services still now , even salary is not paid for us, total 60 backdoor employess joined in this company, all are back door employees paid money, dont join this company

got to that this company distributing offer letters as an advertisement papers, once you get the offer letter yo will not receive any laptop and credentials if you try to call HR people they will not even respond to the calls and you will not get you salary for next 3-4 months. later obviously you quit the company
