Salary on time and office culture is good.

Dislikes

No fixed process. One person handles two or three projects. Lobby baji. Oiling n buttering policy. There are lobbies of Christians anlo indians n nepalis. No Hindu or bengalis had their priority. Fixed night shift. Partiality are the most powerful thing in this company.

Hikes are good. Timely salary. Pick and drop available. Good working atmosphere.

Dislikes

Managers and management don't value your efforts. No thought about employee mind set. No emotions no appreciations for individual efforts. Job can be terminated at any given time. Managers are blunt towards employees.

Regardless of how you perform, as long as you are in manager's good book, you will never be fired. Currently they have a pick up and drop facility till 25kms.

Dislikes

There is no growth. As a TL or manager, all they want you to do is babysit the team members and micromanage their work along with their personal life by not letting people take leaves. They expect all their employees to be at their beck and call every single second. Even would call you for a 6th day OT or expect you to work extra hours, but no payout, would rather adjust the day with an extra leave which they will never approve.
