Nothing I like in my previous organization. Just to take on leave I struggled a lot . If I come to Team leaders are very selfish. To celebrate some ones birthday they think a lot. Very poor organization.

...in this company if we work so long. No employee facilities given by the company. They are providing Dinner, that also they are deducting from employees salary.

You will safe your earning and be groomed in global business field by experienced individuals in sales and marketing.

Sales is a field where client stability and resale of product is important..innovation is needed.

The people who are working here good. 1)No target job 2) Nice Food.

Lot to tell that I don't like here 1) Poor management 2) Politics:it will happen in work allotment. 3) No value for low level employee 4) No leaves 5) No incentives 6) Extra working days 7) Late logout 8) Delay in hiking. 9) Nothing to learn,etc.
