Nobody called and contacted even not given salary of month april and may to staff and now saying to some member that in future they will give only half amount as a final salary .its totally wrong.situation of company is not good because no new project in hand and there is no suriety of job at present in this firm.

Basically A Family Run business with almost all people involved in whole family tree desinated at different positions at this company, backed by a stupid devotee HR named Mr.Pradhan. Not a good plarform for learning and development. Killing the Ideal work timings with Unwanted regular meetings, Emphasising for Unwanted Documentation . Engaging empoyees with mutliples areas to save overheads on additional resources.

The seniors are really kind and helpful.

At innovators employees are treated like trash, what I mean is- there is little to no job security. The money matters are well handled. Some people in the office are really bossy, there is no scope of suggesting new and innovative ideas. There no appreciation for any sort of work you do.

Its was a great experince with innovators, all time i had gaining of to that company ...any innoving skilled, job secuity was excellent and work cluture was good.

Everything was good but be honest, lotz hoilday problems.

it was like working in house and very good bosses and really fantastic team to work with and it is like a whole family working under one shed love to work here again and again

Could not work here as the developed into technology which I personally failed hence was unable to cop up with the management hence failed so quoted as the company should not suffer because of me.
