Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Unprofessional pure lala company. Joined sales department 9 months before in patna location, HR Sharba has not given appointment letter till date during my tenure. *After making special call for 15-20 days I hardly get it* It is a company 20-25 employees only.

People working in coporate department they are thieves they do not given any kind of allowances. My personal opinion is do not join any person innovative distribution fraud company.

A pure Lala company where ony one person named Chandan Jha who is the younger cousin of the MD will be calling all the shots and take all decision. He had closed down business like HUL Rajarhat stockist and redistribution business, Syska wholesale business but yet will be the person who is decision taking authority. The MD blindly trusts him. Only follows Chandan's opinion. A pure lala company with no policy for salary increment or promotion. On any given day a family member or friend of someone higher up in the company will be employed and you will be asked to give him some work paying any amount of salary to him not considering his skills. Rest you can understand
