...ork, training, or support, and after making excuses, they dismissed me suddenly. They mentioned they’d pay me 15 days' salary but kept delaying payment, making excuses each time I followed up. I finally received a partial payment on October 21, well after many calls and reminders. The overall work culture and environment here are unprofessional and chaotic. There seems to be no proper structure or trustworthiness within the company, and I’ve since learned from others that this is a recurring issue for many employees. I would not recommend working here based on this experience, as they lack transparency, organization, and respect for their employees.
