Salary Expectations
I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

No Corporate Restrictions Be

Company dosent have fund's to operates. Deduction of Salary without any reason with excuses of company financial bad conditions. Salary is credited after 2 to 3 months. No accountability for operation failures in services. In short total Mismanagement for eg.B2C monthly sales of Rs 500000/ company hires a CEO with a monthly package of Rs 400000/ V.P monthly Package of Rs 175000/ CFO monthly package of Rs 75000/ Operations Manager monthly package of Rs.75000/ At present there are only 2 sales & 2 technicians persons for B2C for Mumbai. Myself being a Regional Manager was working as a FSO. In short Innovant Service Pvt Ltd has no future with the experience which I have received from working there. This is the only company who asked their employees for resignation & terminate on the same day without any notice period giving excuses of company bad financial conditions. There is no documented FNF.
