Initially, the manager was supportive and gave me more opportunities to enhance my skills.

Dislikes

Salary is poor and there are no other benefits other than salary. The company gives in to the whims and wishes of managers who make decisions on personal likes and dislikes; personal interests; and insecurities rather than seeing the company's benefit. They support meek employees whom they think they can easily manipulate. I also felt regionalism in this company from some people. The company also does not promote equality which was evident from its culture of making employees work on holidays meant for other religions than Hinduism. For it they gave incentives.

...New vacancies every two months. After joining I understood the reason behind it.They attract you by telling about the high salary.But in reality, you don't get half of it. About job security, if you become independent then you'll be secure otherwise ready to get terminat after one month.Every start of month,they terminate people.If someone join innovalance, I must say, act smart. They terminate you for a cramp reason.

Few of senior guided properly, while start of the joining.

Dislikes

Entire company dislike from management to salary. They will give you fake commitments and deducted your salary, even they do not pay 1/3 what you deserve. They kill all you days including Saturday/Sunday/holidays and at end of the month salary will be deducted due to target, which is not related to employee hand. they will always give higher target. they want to give less salary.

They haven't given me my salary till now. It has been a month since I left the company. They give you unnecessary workload. They give salary for timing 6 am to 2 pm but expect you to work whole day and at night also. Don't join this company ever.
