No clear vision and product roadmap change frequently. Work-life balance is not always guaranteed.

Likes

The culture and environment, most the people are very friendly and supportive here, there is no bossy attitude and they support you. Another good thing is the opportunities you can get here if are pro-active, a people's person and responsible you will be bigger responsibilities even at an early age.

Dislikes

The management, No benefits, Pay is good but as per market standards the engineering quality has start degrading as good people are leaving due to above reasons.

Likes

Along with the salary, the facilities and amenities are amazing. One more good thing was job security, which is also lacking nowadays in many companies. I can say this is one of the best companies for long-term work.

Nothing, this is a good company for working.

- GOOD APPRAISAL - data scientist team can work on anything from ingesting, data engineering, deployment, and dashboard. - Directors are helpful

Dislikes

...e who are batchmates or school mate or worked in the same previous company, etc. Preferential Treatment and the only way you can get a salary raise or performance raise as per your wish.. if you try to resign and got a better job in a different company then you will be champion/deserving. They will try to stop you with the same incentive that another company is offering which has a very bad impact on the rest of the employees who are working as hard as him and contributing so everyone kinda follows the same trend resign and raise your salary and get a promotion which you might not get after working hard, before that, they sleep.

Working environment Need to be in good books of manager, else no growth Laid off 20% of workforce in past 1 year, now hiring again at a higher avg salary, makes no sense, might layoff again in 6 months If lucky you might get 1 weekend off in a month New workload added to employees bucket without any form timeline extension in the existing pool of workload
