...e who are batchmates or school mate or worked in the same previous company, etc. Preferential Treatment and the only way you can get a salary raise or performance raise as per your wish.. if you try to resign and got a better job in a different company then you will be champion/deserving. They will try to stop you with the same incentive that another company is offering which has a very bad impact on the rest of the employees who are working as hard as him and contributing so everyone kinda follows the same trend resign and raise your salary and get a promotion which you might not get after working hard, before that, they sleep.

Dislikes

Literally no work-life balance! and by that I mean often working weekends and no compensation against it. Going an extra '10' miles is daily exhausting job. Probably this company should be a stepping stone to a better opportunity.

Package is above average. Good number of leaves

Leadership is very clueless. Managers are stretched across many projects and unable to focus on any of them. Weird deadlines with very unstructured work environment. Some teams have smart people and some are very average even on senior level.

Even after becoming a unicorn, Spineless in front of clients/customer, every customer issue is by default a critical issue and it is termed as customer obsession. Extremely volatile vision. Organizational structure is a mess. No mentoring/guidance. Low risk apetite of employees. Highly insecure environment. Leadership is very reactive in nature, Meetings are useless, leadership dont even join meetings or if joins then no participation in products apart from the vintage 2-3 products. Engineering team understaffed and have high attrition rate. Few reporting managers wont even take interest in what you are owning even though you report them, they will not have an inch of information about what you own, they take interest only in the services they already know and have worked in the past

A workplace that provides flexibility to its employees. there is a very smooth process whether you want to leave, discuss salary hikes, or any other issue. They value their staff, and for me, This is the reason to stay here.
