Lots of company politics. No skill development. Most of people pretend to work when they dont work at all and them play blame games to secure their jobs and position

Compensation - Well paid in the industry

Too much politics. People with very less experience but hired on day 1 of the company is more valued in decision making. If that is the case then why are they hiring the industry experts with such high package?

new challenging work. working on new technology. Great many things to learn.

Dislikes

Literally no work-life balance! and by that I mean often working weekends and no compensation against it. Going an extra '10' miles is daily exhausting job. Probably this company should be a stepping stone to a better opportunity.

...d/relevantly good learning that too became repetitive with no deep practicality. I would not recommend anybody to join Innovaccer unless they pay you the amount u want

Everything from work ethics to company culture to employee benefits company lacks everything but copies MNC's policies just for show off. Rather they are fooling U.S customers. The data is absolutely readable from the sources which they are getting from just that they fire manual basic sql queries to show their own data lol

Salary is good, and the benefits are excellent. A very organized and systematic company.Overall, In innovaccer, I like the work culture, and the priority and equity they show towards every employee is excellent. They promote employees as per their work base.
