...ob security. Even the HR are unprofessional and talks desi. High attrition rate. They pay salary after 3 months. So unprofessional even after its mentioned in offer letter to complete the F&F within 45 days.

...ttrition rate. It is a staffing company . They hardly has any project with them. They pay the salary after 90 days, even when its mentioned to complete the F&F within 45 days. So uneducated the HR team is.

...o you would be like on payroll on Innova but working for TCS. Hike was terrible. First no hike in 1st year & in 2nd year only 2k was increased in my inHand salary.(My manager had given me 4/5 in appraisal) As you would be on a 3rd party payroll work life balance really depends on which clients you are working. NEVER WORK ON A THIRD PARTY PAYROLL

...roject is finished then God may have mercy on your job. 5. Zero job security. 6. Appraisal hike is like nothing, you can hardly see 0k-5k addition in monthly salary. 7. This should be your last option to join, and read all documents carefully before joining. 8. If you are joining then ask for 50%-100% hike because you will not get any appraisal later on.

...y taking work out of their employees. No appraisal or even appreciation of work. there is no name of bonus at all. The team lead and managers were from same state so they took benefit from others by only giving work to others and not doing anything themselves. Very poor work environment.
