No matter how you perform you will get poor rating, for name sake they have first rating but no is eligible to get it. Hike % also Below market standards. No proper allowance for on call support. Benifits wise no parental insurance coverage, LTA is just 25k per year allowed regardless of your title upto L5 band. Last but not least when you leave this organisation they will ask you to return all the assets including the laptop bag, so please think twice before you join. No bonus for diwali or any festival not even a sweet box just you will get happy diwali, christmas message in email. You will get nothing like other companies. No recreation space like TT, carom or any games to relax. No referral bonus policy previous it was 1lakh and now it's just 3k-5k max. Full of politics and so on......

The salary received was less than the industry standard. As a fresher I expected 5-7LPA but received 3.25 LPA, thought it would increase after training period but no. Other than this everything and everyone was good.

...ital role in this pandemic situation. I was hunting for the Job last six months. Innova has offered the best package and suitable role, No internal politics. Team collaboration is good,Having good work life balance,friendly approach.

...itive until someone is in the project and gets a hefty amount in client billing. The Package, Work From Home, Great support from the manager, Flexible Timings, etc

Everything turns negative the moment you are no longer billable and no potential next project for your skillset. You will be asked to maintain exact office hours when you don't have any work, all the communications are always looped in with the HR when you are on the bench, you won't get any support from your manager in order to get a new project. Humble advice to management : Please do not hire Full-Time Employees for short term projects and waste away their career. Other companies doubt us when we leave the current company within a year. It is really unfair to not get a chance with any new project or skill and zero support from management when we are struggling to find a new project on our own. Assigning new project after the current project completion should be the company's/manager's responsibility.

...job profile. They hired for one role, didnt allocate work for almost 20-30 days. Didnt pay salary. They didnt have any project. Created a fake reason of BGV because they didnt have the project. Created PF account and said you can tell people you havent worked. I said how is this possible. HR and Accounts team are jealous of people salary and careers, targets them for no reason. Its like hit and run. You come from good companies and work in such places, they will spoil your career. They didnt pay salary in exchange of experience letter. Fake BGV processes ruining careers. My life is destroyed. They create their own process. If this company do not pay you salary, please take legal action. They do this to lot of peoples.
