In this Company my experience was very bad this company is very poor no Job security HR commit more salary but give less salary after joining and this company does not provide any salary slip to their employees and salary date every month of 15 also Major issues if any agents take any emergency leaves they hold their salary and if they promote their agents or employees there are no documentations. The company management and HR very bad

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that markets reliable, high-quality products and has a global client base.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have to work 8 to 10 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening. I do receive appreciation emails from my client, but they mostly go unnoticed during my mid-year appraisals.

Salary appraisal is very poor and i was doing work with innova communication and i have 1 year experience with it but am not satisfied and taking about job security is poor. I think it's enough for feedback
