The salary date is not fixed, resulting in late payments each month. Additionally, despite joining Innoserv with the same package, there has been no salary increase since my initial offer.

... culture. Teammates are under work pressure so everyone is irritated and crying. No Hike No bonus.

Lot of politics and money minded people here. Dont come untill and unless you want to distroy your mindset and change into diplomatic/confused person.

Likes

They have a diverse clientele which keeps the work interesting. Also, the pay is good. They allow working from home.

Dislikes

The management is the worst, they don't really value the employee. Rather than concentrating on the quality of work they measure the employee based on the quantity delivered. Maintaining unrealistic deadlines and being overly rude for not achieving the same is their routine. Also, though the salary is fine, you shall never get that on time.
