Retention offer
Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions. I have good management and projects in Deloitte with WLB but I would like to have some perspective on offered CTC too

they didn't gave my salary as per the offer letter and MD Mr.Shishir mighlani is running company like person runs a shop. There are no leaves and if you take leave even after prior notice....they deduct from salary. During disbursement of salary, when i asked for my salary, Shishir replied that we cannot give you salary as per the offer letter because 4 days office was closed, and we didn't assigned you task for which you were hired for and then he gave me salary that was 50 % less than of my salary. ( Like person do who runs small shops and does not care for his workers) He also assigned me tasks which are totally related to peons like throwing garbage bags, sweeping of office premises, collecting newspapers and selling to scrap (which I refused and that's why i left the company.). When i asked Shishir to pay my full salary, he threatened me ferociously. My personnel suggestion is tha dont work with this company. They will ruin your career
