Worst company They doesn’t give full variable pay Great learning No promotion and no work life balance No certification and no achievements no goals Just work and work if they know your skills. More politics they don’t give the work to their relatives.

...lly, every single one of them resigned. No learning, every thing is just jugaad. They hire subpar engineers at super low salaries. So the work is like that only. Dont join early or at any stage here for engineering

Cleared all rounds for Data scientist position, even they have collected my salary slips, offer letter. But didn't gave any update on it after asking too many times. I will request not to take any interview at this unprofessional organization and their unprofessional people's. They will waste your time completely.

As it was my first job as, I was on contract but it doesn’t matter they respect your skills and knowledge. The all things that are required to be in perfect office is included in innopelxus. No one in office like Hr, team leader never got fill that you your working under pressure on any deadline. Overall experience with innopelxus is really so good and always more than good that I can’t also express in such few words…
