I joined Innoplexus as a fresher, so you can observe differences in perspective. As freshers are handheld and given proper induction, so get a chance to know people and mingle around. Overall on the basis of my 3+ years of experience in innoplexus, I would recommend its a good company to explore your growth, have proper work-life balance, learning, and immense hands-on opportunities.

As a software engineer, I got to experience working on various programming languages such as Java, Python, C#/.Net, etc. The work culture is pleasant. The company also provides proper transportation facility for female staff only.
