Remuneration is good and the wfh policy is flexible and favours the employees. Work like balance will depend entirely on your client, since this is a service based company.

Dislikes

Projects are limited, bench strength is higher than ideal. This makes the company use all means necessary to reduce salary by withholding certain components. Since projects are already less, the managers will say yes to anything and everything that the client says.

Likes

Until you got escalated from customer no one will touch you. No mandate working hours. Until you meet the deliverables no issue. They will give you good amount while joining only. Never expect good hike or timely hike.

Dislikes

... company performance pay of 5%. This want happened from the initial day onwards. From 31st Bench day onwards there will be salary cut irrespective of whether they given opportunity to get into billing or not.

Nothing much for employees.

... after joining. Company perfomance linked deductions of 5% from past 1.2 years. No hikes will be given here instead salary deduction is done. Managers will force you to leave the company, they does not support you at all. No team dinners. Poor Management.

Clients are good, you can work as an external employee to companies like Microsoft. Average in work culture, Job security, Policies

Dislikes

Needs to attend client interviews for getting a project in 90% cases. Below average salary compared to market. Company policies on hikes is not good. Very very less to no benefits/perks

When I join Innominds has great culture and talent recognition, but in the recent days they implementing useless company policies which are benefit to the company only. This company is very good for the timepassing people without doing the work, not good work who will work dedicatedly. No recognition for people who is hard working.

Dislikes

Innominds implements the Salary cutting for all the members irrespective of their performance if company in loses. They will not raise pay as per the market trends for the existing employee but they will pay more for the newly hired people. They will not provide any benefits to the employee, all are included in the employee CTC only (PF both contributions, Health Insurance, Gratuity etc.,)
