...arent and beneficial. Innofied always supports its employees during tough times. There was never a layoff during covid period and we always get on time salary .

Not a single thing is there which I have liked about them.

Dislikes

Arrogant people who are less bothered about what people are going through For pending salary after leaving, you will get only uncertain replies till the waiting period, and after that no effort to reply to your calls, messages, or mails. You literally need to beg to reply to your mail. HR does not have any idea about anything, for everything you should reach out to management who is least bothered about replying to you. False commitments about team size, and benefits which you will never get. You will never get an offer letter till you join the company. So they can structure it the way they want and you will never ever be in a position to decline the offer due to no other job in hand.
