Great work life balance is the only advantage that this company has to offer

... insurance of only 2-3 lakh depending on level. No term insurance for employees. No parents medical insurance (Available for purchase where you have to shell out more than your monthly salary). Hr and admin people have developed themselves to work like government employees (No one work ethics... No professionalism at all). Everyone here feels like they can work without any sense of responsibility and there job will be safe. This case only applies till project survives. No international exposure at all , no matter how hard you work. Only international exposure is given to VP and AVPs levels. That also for max 1-2 months

The best thing about Innodata is flexibility, and learning opportunities we get, mine is a US based client and I am in health insurance so I learned a lot about American health care policies but I don't get to travel

Compensation is decent but growth is very slow

No additional perks. No Compensation off's Very less increment Lack of motivation No cab facility Favoritism Bucket leaves are not given easily even if you fall sick. No team outings Poor management sometimes. Success celebrated with in a group.whole team not involved.

..., I resigned 3 times bcoz of get good job but they forced me to deny that offer. I did but once they get project over then given 2 month salary and forced. hahahahaha...really bad and worst experience of my life.

...life balance was average. Managers, Team leaders and all employees were polite . Basically it was a satisfied job with average salary.

But there is no job security. They hired at very short term employment then there is no gurantee they will offer permanent job to you or not even if you worked very hard with dedication and give all the quality time to their work as priority.
