Very good environment to grow and learn. Everyone is cooperative, it's like a family. Very comfortable atmosphere to work. The MD cum CEO Mr Murali and COO Mr. Sriman , both are very much employee friendly. A lot of scope to put your ideas, implement your thoughts. Everything is transparent. I really couldn't know when I had completed 7 years wonderful jurney with Innobox. Still I have a feel, I am part of Innobox. Learnt a lot positive things from Murali and Sriman sir , probably I might not get from others. Both are my role models. Blindly I will get into innobox if I will get the opportunity in future.

I have worked as a senior Engineer for less than a year and found many dislikes 1. False commitments and false hops. 2. No proper hikes and no information. 3. Worst company policies. 4. Fake people around. 5. Stuck old employees.

Best Environment to learn new skills, Perfect work life balance, very friendly and supportive HR and TeamLeader, Lucky if freshers get into the Shanthi Mam's team. Rohini Mam and Santhi Mam are always provide a very good and perfect environment to learn/work with new technologies... Job Security, work environment, Flexible work timings everything is good.
