There is no good management and company have dirty politics.zero work culture and you have to work even Saturday and Sunday.

Bad work culture, bad politics plays by manager , salary got also late till 7- 10 and you have always work under pressure even Saturday or Sunday they have always high dependency.

No proper Interview process, anyone can get selected easily. No process, No need of any degree, anyone can join by just applying.

Worst work culture Pathetic & Worst company ever seen. They wont pay the salary properly. If you ask for salary they will not pay, sometimes/occasionally they pay. You wont receive your full salary, always 50 to 60% temporary salary cut will be there. Without any intimation or notice they will block your email id and send you out of the organization. Worst management and HR Team. I personally suggest better stay away or dont join with this organization.

Company doesn't have security systems, ai is for the sake only, working on old and outdated technologies, improper management, no scrum, highly rude staff, no seats to sit, no performance insights, no project documentation, only unprofessional behavior, CTO thinks himself as a king of tech but doesn't know anything, all the team leaders are CTO favorites, not open to feedback and new technology.

Everything, it's the worst company I have ever seen, they whole security system is compromised, they claim themselves as an AI company but only work on basic pre-trained models. To hack their security system follow this 1) crack their Wi-Fi guest network 2) Lookup the mac address of connected PC. 3) Spoof MAC on Kali. 4) Intercept http request using brupsuit. 5) Edit SQL, Elastic and data commands.

You have to stay in lime light of eyes of senior management to show you are working, false promises by other senior management.
