They on board new client very selective and they stick what is defined in HR manual which sometimes comes in between our request.

I am proud to be a part of Inmantech DGi. Working here has been a great experience. The Manager and the team has always been supportive every time. I love working here. I am grateful for the opportunity i got to work here.

No perks , No performance bonus No medical insurance No provided fund Not OFF on Saturdays No proper treatment with employees. No proper breifing of work You restricted from bringing Non Veg in lunch They take academic certificates as deposits so that employee don't runaway because of such policies. Salaries are not paid out on fixed date .

I liked its work culture. I loved working here. Everyone are extremely humble. The Manager has helped me learn and implement many things which has helped me grow professionally and personally. I am thankful for the opportunity.
