There are many big projects of development of Multi Modal Terminal (MMT) and Inter Modal Terminal (IMT) in the NW- 1. Organizational environment is very good in this organization and employees come from different locations with different culture and functional areas and work with high nirale in collaboration.

This company is worse & bad company in the word. They are involved many corruption. They are harres some outsider people's who are dislike & taken advantage girls & boys. My experience is worse. Starting 3-4 mon. & after 6th Aug.2020 all IWAI Noida employee's harres me more types. They are trapping to kidnapping me with the help of some outsider people's & my landlord (C-59) invloed in everything. 70-80% employee's was very cheap & decrepit.

Dislikes

Permanent employee's behave very bad some temporary employee's. Some girls act like very bad & rude. Some girls & boys or old man affair's 3-4 boys/girls & old man.

one fax job is over, it may finish my carrier. But God help me to get other govt job. plz don't do same like me in this company. Frankly speaking no need of this company for central govt.
