New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. No job stability no increment no other benifits provided by company if they hired a employee only in 5 to 6 month they transfer them so that they can resign from the job nothing to like for this company.

They can take the job anytime without even putting a notice. They don't give even time to look for another job.. They are worst compare to even a Baniya shop. A director who doesn't have maturity to run even a business.
