Help me with in hand salary
Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Likes

Good work environment and culture. Seniors are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a large cafeteria and garden. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year. Transport facility for employee. Bachelor hostel is available for employee.

Politics in uper mid lower all levels You will be detouched from outer world as the company situated in very remote area.. Work life balance is terrible just for the above issues No good policy for hikes No promotions Not a friendly environment Full of critical minded people's every where.
