Some Ot staffs are cooperative and helpful. Anesthesiologist are very helpful in nature always teaching us . whenever we ask questions they always ready to give ans and give us opportunities to give anaesthesia to patients under their guidance. I feel very honour n happy to work with them.

I don't like the hospital management. After joining they don't care abhout staffs at all.

Dislikes

Very less casual leaves throughout the year, and no shift duties Compulsry 2days and 3nights No management regarding code blue team, if code blue is announced, randomly icu registrars have to run to tackle with situations.

Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.
