Good,comfortable,Friendly environment to work in inlaks and budhrani hospital... All consultant are needful,hospital policies are good and they give good salary hike and bonus every year, Icu team are soo much supportive and the management is transparent...

Some nursing staff was arrogant... Otherwise everything is good

Some Ot staffs are cooperative and helpful. Anesthesiologist are very helpful in nature always teaching us . whenever we ask questions they always ready to give ans and give us opportunities to give anaesthesia to patients under their guidance. I feel very honour n happy to work with them.

Dislikes

I don't like the hospital management. After joining they don't care abhout staffs at all.

Work environment was fabulous like teammates, mangament everyone give me great support , inlaks and bhudharani hospital made me as skillfull nurse, I'm proud to be worked as a staff nurse n there

I don't think that I have any dislikes because by me I got a great mental and physical support from everyone

Learning new cases, icu procedures

Dislikes

Very less casual leaves throughout the year, and no shift duties Compulsry 2days and 3nights No management regarding code blue team, if code blue is announced, randomly icu registrars have to run to tackle with situations.
