There is no any career growth , company policy is so bad , or salary badhne ke liye to bhul hi jao, yaha job krne se achha ja kr kahi labour ka hi kam kr lo , I m very disappointed from this company

It was great to learn new things under pressure.

Usually they are different from what they said earlier at the time of joining. And they promised that they will increase salary upto 25-30% on the basis of performance but there was nothing like that appraisal was only 7% of the CTC on the other hand pressure was at its peak and no support from the senior teams.

It's a great organization for freshers to learn the professional environment. it's an good opportunity for someone who are looking for a secure job.

Dislikes

The only cons are their salary and performance appraisal policy. Like there is almost nil increment whether you are working for 3-4 years.

...is restrictive and inflexible, making it difficult to take time off when needed. There’s no overtime compensation, which means employees are often expected to work beyond regular hours without fair compensation. HR is extremely unresponsive, failing to address concerns or provide support when needed. Shockingly, they even block employees’ numbers, making it impossible to reach them and further isolating employees from the help they might need. Overall, this company lacks transparency, respect, and basic employee support systems. For anyone looking for a workplace that values its people, I would advise steering clear.

...t's like a broker they earn commission from the employees. it's a fraud company. They didn't give my 21 days salary. Request to all don't join this company. All the InKnowTech members are doing fraud with employees.
