It presents a flashy interface to collect data from clients, but then simply hands that data off to a third-party contractor who uses other platforms to handle the actual filings. Ranvir’s attempts to spend as much time in the office as possible to create the illusion of value only highlight his deep insecurity and lack of real skills. Anand Krishna, on the other hand, demonstrates an utter lack of understanding about running a company or grasping technology. His management style is akin to randomly taking a shit somewhere and then expecting his employees to search for it and clean it up. And for any potential third-party contractors, beware: this company is rapidly depleting its funds, and partnering with them could leave you unpaid for your services.
