Great place to work if you get into the right department, no work load in fact there is no work at all in some departments I hardly work 2/8 hours rest is just time pass and pretending to be busy in front of Directors and team leaders, its a good place to start.

Dislikes

The employees and mangers here are small minded and look down upon others, lack of infrastructure, Stagnated growth most of the good positions are already taken by people favored by the managers, in this company surviving and thriving completely depends on how likable you are and play office politics, the company is not generous in compensation and is constantly trying to cut paychecks.

Good work environment and culture team mates are somewhat supportive and the people work here will not add any value in your personality, cafe area and smoking zone is a plus, company policies are diffrent each time when you feel like achieving something but that is okay, no one wants to pay more right! Bonus is very nice you get double salary on Diwali month. Salaries are not good even 5 year old employees gets max 30k in hand starting from 12k ( Harsh but truth ) zero personal development but company is good opportunity to learn new things.

Dislikes

Policies are changeable fo companies "favourite" employees showcase there company profile as a IT company but it is not so true, but they are paying people to be alive that is a plus, no salary issues no growth issues coz there is no growth and you get a bond for a year need to submit the cheque of 50k at the time of joining. On job training is great it is a proper classroom training by for 7 days unpaid. But good thing is you can learn new skills like internal politics.
