...lation. You get extremely blamed for the mistakes she/operations team have done. Salary by 10th as promised, however, it can get delayed upto 14th or 18th. No senior position awarded even if you're working for almost two years.

The founder is involved with every employee for all the help they require. She is also very supportive on personal matters if you feel comfortable sharing them. I had an amazing time working with her.

For the salary they offer, workload is quite a lot. Moreover, the deadlines are not very flexible and work goes as per day.
