Company never pays you the salary on time. You need to go behind them asking for it and then they ll pay you in installments. Job security is zero. If the company is under some crisis between the MDs, they ll ask you to leave. They hire without any proper implementation of plans or ideas. Support from company is nill in both career wise as well as growth.
