overall culture is friendly , people are friendly and helpful.

Dislikes

no job security, hire and fire policy, one will get fired in the probation only if he or she didn't do up to the mark. no time given to understand the software or code flow. within one month you will get task with strict time line, you might get humiliates in front of your team if you did not know about something, if you are new in the company you will come to the office everyday with a fear of termination. do not join if you want a peaceful work life.

Supportive Environment at the start of the Job.

No Work life balance, almost 10-11 hrs/day, Internal politics, the one whom I gave the KT is not be able to understand the work which needs to be done in that task.
