See if she knows) Toxic work environment No appraisals The role you joined for won’t matter after a while, they will ask you to anything at random

It has a great Friendly Environment with no hierarchy based system. Everybody thoughts and ideas are well heard and listen work in a closed environment with senior and top management always helping and be involved in every projects.

Dislikes

Due to tough timeline of some projects extra working hours where you have to work late nights.
