One thing good about the company is that they allow flexible timings according to the project you are assigned. They give WFH for about 24 days to male and 48 days a year to female employees.

Dislikes

Work culture is so bad. There is much much partiality between Normal employees and team leads/PM and they are given better incentives than normal employees. A few people are not very safe to work with, specially one of the Team leads. Senior HR manager has no skills for an HR, no communication skills at all. Employees are not being appreciated enough for their hard and good work and salary increment is just below average and below market standards even for good employees. Office environment is very unhygienic. Not at all recommend to anyone.

People often speak nagatively about a company after leaving, but one thing I appreciate about Inheritx is that deserving employees are always given opportunities, receive timely hikes, and get promoted on schedule.

For hardworking and ambitious individuals, Inheritx is a gateway to skill development and success.

The company's HR, Priya Ma'am, is very kind. She has a great nature and treats everyone with respect and professionalism. She understands very well how one should behave in corporate life. My team lead, Jaydeep Sir, also has a very good attitude. He trained me well and guided me properly. And the other members of my team are also very nice.

Dislikes

There is one person in my team, Aiyub Munshi, who never treated me properly from the very first day. He had a wrong perception of me, talked about my personal life, and often sat near my desk, which made me feel very uncomfortable. Girls are not safe in this company. This has been my personal experience, so I just want to say that girls should be aware. To be honest it has greatly impacted my professional journey.

During my working tenure I got chance to work multiple projects which gave me very helpful learning experience.

Dislikes

No employee friendly policy for leaves, very less yearly leaves compared to other companies... Bad leave structure.
