worst culture overburden salary never on time no job security. in front of me egoistic owner terminated many employees. cheapest unethical company. all the above reviews are fake forcefully posted by company employees.

I really enjoyed working at INGSOL. The experience was very good. The degree of autonomy & flexibility I was given to perform my tasks & projects was of great help. You can even learn & contribute into other departments. I joined there due to company's culture which abides by core values like trust & respect which makes everybody feel heard & celebrated.

Dislikes

There is nothing as such that i disliked but yes, certain areas can be worked upon: 1- Periodic performance analysis & management of each employee 2- Saturday could be off, if possible 3- Bit more focus on training aspect.
