No work life balance with low salary . 1 ppl is doing multiple ppls job. No timings now, it used to be a very good company earlier.. quality and internal environment is getting detoriated.. ppl are frustrated because of too much work load

... good. 3. Salary compensation is good compared to other similar level companies. However, the salary structure is very uneven and heterogeneous. Even guys junior to you can have much higher salary than you.

1. There is no laid process for development. Things are haywire which consumes lot of time unnecessarily. 2. Office politics 3. In terms of learning, there is not much. Same old Java development, but the codebase is horrible, so nothing to learn from there also. 4. Job security is very poor currently. 5. Tech stack is very outdated

Internal Politics, From top management to lower there is a big chain, if you are part of it you will enjoy otherwise struggle only. No work appreciation and not good work culture. Large layoffs, search online you can get it, you need to work for 12 hrs daily
