Steep learning curve makes it challenging to adapt and grow. Non existent canteen facilities. Incompetent manager displaying abysmal management/leadership skills, fostering favoritism within the team. Discrepencies in hikes and opportunities, evident favoritism. HR department is utterly useless. Poor office infrastructure further exacerbates working conditions.

It's a billion dollar company but no one would heard off. It looks like a startup so that you can work on many different things and understand the concepts

Dislikes

Since the culture looks like a startup, initially they put you in different project which is not your role we have hired for. Then they compare it with the people who are already working on that skill and tell you to develop more in shorter time. They will rate your work like how many ticket u have closed and not on how effectively u have closed them. They always look on numbers not on the level of work you have provided. The main point is that the people who rate or provide feedback to you is completely different one who does not have experience in that domain.

Not process oriented if you have worked in a service based organization and moving to product based. I did the same but I dont consider this as a disadvantage

Lot of politics from Senior management, nepotism and partiality in promotion and notice periods, different rules for each department, salary is very low compared to current job market.
