Steep learning curve makes it challenging to adapt and grow. Non existent canteen facilities. Incompetent manager displaying abysmal management/leadership skills, fostering favoritism within the team. Discrepencies in hikes and opportunities, evident favoritism. HR department is utterly useless. Poor office infrastructure further exacerbates working conditions.

The company has a great environment where everyone is supportive and approachable. The seniors are always helpful and ready to guide, making it easy to learn and grow. The office culture is friendly and encouraging, promoting teamwork and respect. Overall, it’s a great place to work and feel valued.

People who are here since 2012 play toxic game with with behind and won't let you grow. Because they have a toxic network since 2012 people. Your whole aspirations and expectation will be ruined. They say you good good things but don't appreciate you much whether they do a good appreciation for 2012 mates, so mostly favourrism works here. You will spent day and night.

It's a billion dollar company but no one would heard off. It looks like a startup so that you can work on many different things and understand the concepts

Dislikes

Since the culture looks like a startup, initially they put you in different project which is not your role we have hired for. Then they compare it with the people who are already working on that skill and tell you to develop more in shorter time. They will rate your work like how many ticket u have closed and not on how effectively u have closed them. They always look on numbers not on the level of work you have provided. The main point is that the people who rate or provide feedback to you is completely different one who does not have experience in that domain.
