Work Ethics of Management , Directors, Promoters, Entire company is full of family members. No Professionalism. Dont deserve to run a company. They are misleading everyone.

Dear All, I am working with Ingex Lab Private Limited since 3 years 6 months, I can say Top Management Mr. C A Anzar Sir is a gentleman and very supportive for good performers, the way he is running company is a motivation for us to work and he allows mangers to take decisions for any improvement of the company and I wish to serve long term here. Our director Mr. Sudheer is very down to earth and one person contact for any issues and he supports all. Company is good for performers and even give chance to non performers as well, this system we cant find anywhere.

I have worked at Ingex Lab around 3 years . Very positive work environment . Management is very supportive if the person is working hard & having proactive approach . Colleague are cooperative .
