I like the salary, compensation and benefits given by company was at par in Ahmedabad area at that time. senior Employees were cooperative and guide us

At that time worker union was very strong so executive staff had to manage between worker and management on sensitive issue.

If you are in Engineering department your life will become hell. The senior level will make you to put resign within 2 years. That's politics is you will face here and you will learn some politics as well.

All things except salary on time.

Leadership is pathetic, they don't seem to have any vision for the people and organization, they are busy working for their personal gains, no one should this organization as of now.

... discrimination, harassment policies and handling, etc. Great work/life balance. Good compensation.

Dislikes

Nobody has clear idea about future. While Job security isnt an issue, what we as an individual or organization will be/want to be isnt all that clear. You might see presentations being made about vision. While this seems all hunky-dory, what actually happens doesnt really align with what is said. Very less growth opportunities, especially once you reach a certain level. If you are looking for good growth, make sure you get a clear idea during interview, before you join. Overall opinion i would still say is quite good.

Good work life balance, flexible timings, good company culture. Good compensation. Opportunities for growth are a little scare. Overall a good company to work for.
