Never join in this company. This company is a substandard company. Even the maintaining of accounts of a grocery shop is better than Ingenuity Business Services Pvt Ltd. The company has not even a signboard outside the office gate. The so called director who knows nothing come to India to fire the employees. The employees are more worry about the snacks in the evening rather than the job profile. Some employees are busy in buttering the director to save their jobs. The most wrong decision would be taken if anyone join in this organization.

Poor company not able to handle the employees task .No proper trainig .Not a subsidiary of Yoo group.It's actly a KPO running by two or three CAs.Director are fake .Appraisal is at it worst.Pls don't go no future life bcome hell .Everytime asking for deliverables.No PF, gratuity, no sick leave, leave policy is worst.First six month only
