Nothing except flexible working hours.

Dislikes

Everything. Salary never on time, incentives always due, No perks and benefits you have to work late nights and even on Saturday and Sunday. No systematic approach to solve problems. Poor infact worst management. Company is not even registered.

I have never seen company like AL ingenious in my entire tenure, very bad experience mainly the top management people, then not even listen you and some time they missues their power. No rules and regulation. Employee treated like there own personal servent. Never recommend anyone.
