Everything like fake promises from TL & Managers, office culture, i know every company involves in politics but here is only politics. You never take a long weekend holiday and high days holidays slot full according thier old staffs. They misguide you and you will only responsible for everything which done by you. No support system. They not provide a proper training for their projects. There are no superior seniors who help and guide you.In the end I had worst experience last 5 months.

Job is secure till you dont disagree manager. No one listen you.

If you join with offer letter, getting appointment letter is too tough. Until you resigned. No trainings only budding and learning. No proper quality feedback. Some tenure having monopoly supported by management.
